-24 hr prior to appointment to cancel or reschedule. -Cancelled day of service and you are required to pay 100% of the services booked. No exceptions or you will not be able to book future appointments until paid. -In case of emergency please contact via phone or text. (Feeling sick) deposit is non-refundable. -Please book exactly what services you will need ie: removals , art etc .. or your appointment can be cancelled due to time constraints and you will be responsible for 50% of service charge. -Need to add on to appointment please contact via phone do not cancel or you will be charged another deposit and forfeit the original.
